GREEN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE BOWL

MAKES 2 SMOOTHIE BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cups coconut water
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 4 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 frozen mango, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon raw chia seed
  • 1 pitted medjool date

 

TOPPINGS

  • raw oats or raw granola
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • pitaya
  • amaranth

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the coconut water, banana, broccoli, shredded coconut, mango, date and chia seeds into the blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients on high until you have a smooth mixture. Place the smoothie into  a bowl and add in you toppings. Enjoy:)
