MAKES 1 CHIA PUDDING
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seed
- 2 tablespoons agave sweetener
- coconut flakes
- Place coconut milk, chia seed and agave sweetener into a bowl. Mix all ingredients well until chia starts to thicken. Stir evenly and make sure it doesn’t clump up together. Mix until it’s a thick and smooth mixture.
- Pace chia pudding mixture into a mason jar and add in your favorite fruit. Close mason jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator over night. Enjoy your breakfast chia pudding in the morning 🙂
