BREAKFAST COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

MAKES 1 CHIA PUDDING

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons agave sweetener
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • rasberries
  • coconut flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place coconut milk, chia seed and agave sweetener into a bowl. Mix all ingredients well until chia starts to thicken. Stir evenly and make sure it doesn’t clump up together. Mix until it’s a thick and smooth mixture.
  2. Pace chia pudding mixture into a mason jar and add in your favorite fruit. Close mason jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator over night. Enjoy your breakfast chia pudding in the morning 🙂
