BEET ROOT SMOOTHIE BOWL

MAKES 2 BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups organic kale
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetned almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 1/2 cup red raw beets

TOPPINGS

  • pitaya
  • hemp seeds
  • coconut flakes
  • pomergranite seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place kale, frozen berries, almond milk, ground flax and beets in the blender. Blend on high until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Place smoothie mixture in a bowl and add in your toppings. Enjoy 🙂
