CHOCOLATE GINGER ACAI BOWL

MAKES 2 BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sliced dates
  • 2 frozen acai packets (200g)
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspooon grated ginger, add to your liking
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

TOPPINGS

  • banana
  • fresh figs
  • vegan/ gluten free granola
  • coconut flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place dates, frozen acai, frozen bananas, almond milk, ginger, cacao powder and vanilla extract into the blender. Blend on high until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Place mixture innto two bowls and add in your toppings. Enjoy:)
