SUPER ANTIOXIDANT DRAGON FRUIT BERRY BOWL

MAKES 2 BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 medium bananas ( frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons organic coconut milk powder
  •  1 tablespoon organic freeze-dried dragon fruit powder

 

TOPPINGS

  • hemp seeds
  • blackberries
  • coconut flakes
  • granola
  • basil (to garnish)
  • raspberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add frozen raspberries, banana, dragon fruit, coconut milk powder, dragon fruit powder and almond milk into blender. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust thickness of smoothie bowl as needed. You may add more banana or add a little more of your plant-based milk.
  3. Place mixture into two bowls and add your toppings. Enjoy 🙂
