LOBA’S COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS

SERVES 2 BOWLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon agave sweetener
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

TOPPINGS

  • dash of chia seeds
  • 1 kiwi
  • coconut flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium sized glass container stir in oats, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, agave and chia. Cover the bowl with the lid and leave it in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning place your overnight oats in a bowl and add in your toppings. Enjoy:)
