COCONUT ACAI BOWL

MAKES 2 BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 200g frozen acai

 

TOPPINGS

 

  • Gluten free granola of your choice
  • Coconut flakes
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh raspberries
  • Fresh strawberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Add in frozen banana, frozen blueberries, frozen mango, acai and chia seeds into the blender. Add in the coconut juice and blend at high speed.
  2. Blend mixture until it all breaks down and it’s smooth/ thick.
  3. Place mixture into a bowl and add in all the toppings.
