SIMPLE BERRY ACAI BREAKFAST BOWL

 

SERVING: 2 BOWLS

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g frozen acai
  • ½ cup of frozen mango
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • Gluten free granola of your choice
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almond milk (around ¼ cup of almond milk) **
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. PLace all frozen ingredients in the blender. Blend on medium until it’s all broken down and smooth.
  2. Serve in your favorite bowl. Add in the gluten free granola and add in fresh strawberries. Toss in some fresh blueberries and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
